The Navigate Collective

A Different Kind of Support

The Navigate Collective was born out of a simple truth: young people today are under pressure in every direction.

Many of my clients are struggling not just with anxiety or low mood but with the deeper emotional weight that comes with exams, university decisions, family expectations, identity questions, and life planning. They feel unsure of themselves in a world that constantly judges what they look like, how they perform, and whether they are "on track".

This isn't therapy. But it is therapeutic.

It's a space where figuring things out is normal, not pathological. Where you can be honest about struggling without being treated like you're broken.

Is This For You?

Navigate Collective is designed for young people aged 15-23 who:

  • Feel anxious about school, relationships, or the future.

  • Are questioning their identity or feeling misunderstood.

  • Want connection with peers who "get it".

  • Are tired of pretending everything is fine when it's not.

  • Want tools for growth, not just coping strategies.

  • Are ready for honest conversations about real issues.

This group isn't right if:

You're looking for crisis intervention, need individual therapy first, or aren't ready for group participation.

Potential for individual therapy alongside for targeted, individual work.

"I was so isolated before joining. I thought I was the only one feeling overwhelmed by everything. The group helped me realize that what I was going through was normal for someone my age, and I learned so much from hearing how others were handling similar situations. I finally felt understood."

- Navigate Collective member, age 19

Being homeschooled, I barely had any friends my age and felt like I was way behind everyone else socially. I was terrified about starting university because I didn't know how to connect with people or if I'd fit in anywhere. The anxiety about what others thought of me was overwhelming. Navigate Collective was the first place I found people who didn't judge me for being different or inexperienced. Hearing others talk about similar fears made me realise I wasn't as weird or behind as I thought. By the time I started uni at age 19, I actually had some confidence about who I was and how to handle social situations."
