Helping 15+ Adults Navigate Anxiety, Identity & Confidence
THE NAVIGATE COLLECTIVE
The Work We Will Do Together
We don’t start with the problem; we start with your experience. Together, we will explore the parts of you that have been trying to protect or manage your life, even if their strategies now feel outdated.
Using IFS, we learn to understand these parts with curiosity and care; not to get rid of them, but to help them feel supported by something deeper inside you.
When talking isn’t enough, when emotions live in your body or you’re not sure how to explain what you’re feeling, I integrate Brainspotting. It helps us access and process what your nervous system has held onto for too long. Clients often say it creates movement when nothing else has.
Some sessions are quiet and internal; others are practical and clarifying. We go at your pace. No jargon, no pressure to perform, and no one-size-fits-all plan. This is therapy that meets you where you are, whether you’re 17, 47, or somewhere in between.
You don’t need to know how to begin; you just need to come as you are.
When words aren’t enough, I integrate Brainspotting, a neurobiological method that uses where you look to access and release what’s stored in the body. It’s especially powerful when you feel numb, overwhelmed, or insight alone isn’t enough to create real change.
As is, Internal Family Systems (IFS), a model that sees you not as broken but made up of many parts, each with its own story and role. The overachiever, the anxious thinker, the helper, and the one who wants to disappear; they all belong, but not all need to be in charge.
Online groups for young people aged 15-23
An online group program where feeling anxious and figuring yourself out is completely normal, not diagnosable. Connect with peers facing similar challenges in a supportive, non-judgmental space.
The Navigate Collective fosters peer mentorship through life's complexity, helping you realise you're not alone in your struggles and building genuine connections with others navigating similar challenges.
Groups focus on identity exploration, managing anxiety, family relationships, and building authentic confidence during these crucial developmental years.
